Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of StudyBox, a mobile learning, content creation, profile, Store, and synchronization app operated by Awokela.

1. Acceptance

By using StudyBox, you agree to these Terms and the StudyBox Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account, password, content, and activity. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, infringe rights, or create security risks.

3. User content

StudyBox allows users to create questions, notes, flashcards, technical cards, themes, profile information, Store items, and other learning materials. You are responsible for having the rights to upload, publish, or share your content. You must not upload illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, deceptive, malware-related, or unsafe content.

4. Public sharing and Store

Content is private unless you choose to share or publish it, or unless an administrator publishes official content. Public or Store content may be visible to other users and may show creator display information. Awokela may hide, suspend, remove, or delete content for safety, legal, policy, or operational reasons.

5. StudyBox points

StudyBox points are app-only points usable inside StudyBox. Points cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred to other users, exchanged for external points, exchanged for cryptocurrency, or moved to external services. Creator points are currently treated as app-only points, not as cash compensation or withdrawable earnings.

6. Apple In-App Purchase

On iOS, subscriptions and point purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. StudyBox does not collect payment card numbers. If an Apple purchase is not reflected correctly, contact support.

7. No professional advice

StudyBox is a learning and productivity tool. User-generated learning content may contain errors. StudyBox does not provide legal, medical, tax, financial, or professional advice.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, Store items, sync functions, subscriptions, or points functionality. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination

You may stop using StudyBox at any time. Awokela may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or maintain the service.
