Fitry Terms of Use

License (Apple Standard EULA)

Fitry is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The Standard EULA governs your license to use the app. The sections below are supplemental terms specific to Fitry; if they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

Use of the App

Fitry is provided for personal fitness record keeping: running, hiking, strength training, body metrics, and sleep, including GPS route and elevation tracking, statistics, and data export. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter and for exercising safely.

Free and Pro Features

Fitry is distributed as one app. All recording — courses, mountains, routes, exercises, body and sleep data — is free and unlimited. Fitry Pro subscriptions unlock additional review features such as speed×elevation overlay analysis, elevation×pace overlays and route comparison for hiking, per-kilometer lap analysis, long-term and detailed statistics, CSV/HTML/PDF export for arbitrary custom date ranges, Face ID app lock, monthly reports, and additional theme colors.

Subscriptions

Fitry Pro is offered at ¥480/month or ¥3,600/year as an auto-renewing subscription processed through Apple. There is no free trial. Cancellation, refunds, and payment method changes are handled through the App Store subscription management screen. Ending a subscription does not delete or lock the records you have already created.

Location and Health Data

Location is used only for GPS route and elevation tracking during running and hiking, including background updates while a session is active. Fitness, body, sleep, and location data are stored on your device and are not transmitted to external servers. Fitry uses no advertising or tracking SDKs.
