BS Pro Terms of Use

Use of the App

BS Pro is provided for personal household finance: recording income and expenses, viewing a balance sheet (total assets, total liabilities, and net worth), statistics, budgets and goals, receipt reading (OCR), multiple sheets, and data management. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

Free and Premium Features

BS Pro is distributed as one app with Free and Premium functionality. Free users can continue to view, edit, and manually export their own existing data. BS Pro Premium may unlock additional features such as family & partner sharing, advanced overlay statistics, unlimited categories, and CSV / PDF export.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are auto-renewable and processed through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation, refunds, and payment method changes are handled through the App Store subscription management screen.

iCloud, Sync, and Sharing

When enabled, your data may be stored in your own private iCloud (CloudKit) and synced across your Apple devices. You are responsible for your Apple Account security. Sharing features provide member and role management (administrator / viewer) within a sheet; real-time collaborative editing across different Apple IDs may not be available.

Receipt Reading (OCR)

Receipt reading processes images on your device to help you create entries. Captured images are not stored by the app. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting recognized values before saving.
