Brifa Terms of Use

Use of the App

Brifa is a news reader for personal use. It lets you register news sites and RSS feeds, organize them into categories, bookmark articles, and read them in an in-app reader. You are responsible for the sites you choose to register and for complying with their terms.

Third-Party Sites (RSS & Scraping)

Brifa fetches headlines, article bodies, images, and comments from public pages of the sites you register. You are responsible for respecting each source site's terms of use, robots.txt, and copyright. Do not register or scrape sites where automated retrieval or copying is prohibited, or where the rights holder has requested that you stop. Retrieved content is for your personal reading only and must not be copied, redistributed, used commercially, or publicly transmitted.

Copyright

The Brifa app itself is owned by Awokela. The copyright of articles, images, and comments shown in Brifa belongs to their respective publishers and sources. Brifa is not the rights holder of that content.

Free Plan, Ads, and Subscriptions

The Free plan is supported by Google AdMob banner ads. Premium features are offered through an in-app subscription processed by Apple, which removes ads and may add iCloud sync and higher limits. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the App Store subscription management screen and your Apple account.

Brifa displays third-party news content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. The content is not medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.

Privacy

Brifa needs no account. Personal information, ads, and app data handling are described in the shared Awokela Privacy Policy.
